It looks like we can all add one more thing to grateful for this holiday season: not being locked up and forced to eat like an inmate.

Thanksgiving 2024 will look a little bit (read: a lot) different for Sean “Diddy” Combs who’ll more than likely be bringing in the annual holiday behind bars—and how he’ll celebrate might come as a surprise.

As previously reported by The Root, the disgraced Bad Boy mogul is sitting pretty at the Metropolitan Detention Center Brooklyn where he awaits his trial following a federal indictment back in September. He is facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and engaging in interstate transportation for prostitution with further allegations including sexual abuse, physical abuse, bribery and various drug offenses.

And while he continues to seek bond and release (for the fourth time), he has a high likelihood of spending the aforementioned holiday in federal prison and his menu isn’t exactly gourmet.

Per the official menu from the detention center obtained by Complex, on Thanksgiving, Combs will be given cereal and breakfast pastries at 6:00a.m. ET. For lunch, he’ll have some remnants of a traditional meal which will consist of either turkey roast or hot & sour tofu, dinner rolls, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, mixed vegetables, and mashed potatoes. Additionally, there will also be a selection of holiday pies to choose from.

But here’s where things get laughable: instead of eating the leftovers for dinner as most Americans would, Diddy and the rest of his inmates will be treated to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chips, and fruit.

PB&J for Thanksgiving? To quote the beloved Peanuts cartoon friend Charlie Brown: “oh brother.” Diddy’s come a long way from an lavish food spread and time with his family thanks to his alleged dastardly deeds. But I guess he should be thankful that it’s not as worse at it probably could be.
