The wait is over! Meghan, Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry have revealed their new son to the public, two days after his birth.
According to ABC News, the royal couple gathered with press at Windsor Castle.
“He has the sweetest temperament,” Meghan beamed, as she stroked her new son’s head.
The couple also chatted about which parent — or member of the family — their newborn son resembles, with Harry adding that he’s been told a baby’s looks change a bit over the first two weeks to a month, so it’s really up in the air at this point.
“He’s already got a bit of facial hair as well,” Harry quipped. Speaking of hair, we’re not quite privy to whether Baby Sussex is a curly redhead yet as he was rocking an adorable hat, likely made from baby unicorn hair.
And no, we’re not entirely sure if his name is Lord Leroy or His Royal Highness Hakeem yet — in fact, we don’t know his name at all. That part is still pending, so we’ll be sitting here in suspense until then!
Baby Sussex, who was born early Monday morning, May 6, will be 7th in line to the throne. Congrats to Meghan and Harry; he’s adorable.
