The Daily News reports that Denise Helms, a 22-year-old California woman, is under investigation by the Secret Service after posting a racist Facebook rant about President Barack Obama's re-election victory that mentioned his assassination.

Denise Helms was apparently unaware when she posted the bigoted statement that threats against the President of the United States are a felony punishable by five years imprisonment.

"Another 4 years of this (N word) … Maybe he will get assassinated this term," wrote Helms, who lives in Turlock, Calif., near Modesto.

An ex-boyfriend reposted a screengrab of the comments, which were quickly met with a barrage of criticism and the Secret Service investigation.

Helms was also fired from her job at an ice cream parlor this week. On Twitter, Cold Stone Creamery said it was "disgusted" by the racist, threatening remarks.

Helms apparently has several racist friends, because a few people "liked" the comment.

The 22-year-old has remained unapologetic and even told Sacramento's FOX40 that she doesn’t understand why she's in trouble.
