By now you’ve probably heard about the $1 million settlement that R&B singer Usher made to a stylist who claimed that the pop star infected her with the herpes simplex 2 virus. Court documents show that the singer was allegedly diagnosed with HSV-2 in 2009 or 2010 and knowingly had sex with a woman without telling her he was infected.

In the legal documents, Usher allegedly told the woman that he tested negative for the virus, despite a “greenish discharge” from his penis. So that woman walked away with $1 million. But now a new lawsuit has been filed against the singer.

According to TMZ, a woman allegedly had sex with Usher, who is currently married, on April 16 and then 12 days later. She alleges that Usher did not tell her he had the virus. Although the two used a condom on the 16th, they did not days later.

The woman, going only by Jane Doe in the lawsuit, does not state whether she’s been infected with HSV-2, but she’s suing the singer for negligence, battery and emotional distress in the $10 million lawsuit. She has also stated that she did not know about Usher’s HSV-2 status until news broke about the $1 million settlement.

Usher has not made any comments about the settlement or the new lawsuit.
