Dane Country Judge Maryann Sumi has imposed a temporary restraining order blocking enforcement of the controversial Wisconsin union legislation that would have denied collective bargaining rights to most of the state's public employees.
The decision was based on a lawsuit arguing that the Republican-led state legislature passed the law using improper legislative maneuvers.
