The sexual assault lawsuits just keep rolling in from the group of 120 Sean “Diddy” Combs accusers represented by a Texas law firm. Though, two new John Does say that the mogul wasn’t the only one to witness or even take part in the alleged debauchery.
Tony Buzbee said in an Oct. 1 press conference that he’s representing 120 individuals — men and women — who claimed to have been sexually assaulted, raped or threatened by Combs. Some alleged victims claimed to be minors at the time of the incidents. Out of the pool, 12 anonymous plaintiffs had their lawsuits filed as of Sunday, per court records. Of the more recent filings entered were accusations from two John Does — both of whom claim other big-name celebrities were present during the time of the alleged incidents.
One John Doe accused Combs of sexually assaulting him at a Ciroc promo party in 2022. The plaintiff had built a business relationship with Combs who rented jewelry or vehicles from him. During this particular party, Combs invited the plaintiff into a private office for more business discussions. However, the lawsuit says Combs was acting strangely, as he was intoxicated and began advancing toward him.
The suit alleges Combs grabbed the plaintiff’s genitals through his pants in a “rough and sexual manner.” He let go once someone entered the office and intervened. The suit named the individual as “Professional Athlete A.”
Another John Doe, a personal trainer, accused Combs of sexual assault in another 2022 incident. The suit alleges he was invited to an award show after party and was escorted to Combs’ Hollywood Hills residence. He was then ordered to sign a nondisclosure agreement to enter the party as well as drink an alcoholic beverage he was handed.
Once inside, the plaintiff was guided to a room glowing with red lights where multiple “well-known figures” were engaged in group-sex activities. At that point, the suit says the plaintiff began feeling disoriented, feeling the effect of what he believed was drugs from his drink.
The suit then claims Combs approached him, removed his pants and performed non-consensual oral sex on him. Following that, Combs forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex on “Celebrity A” and others inside the room. Throughout the interactions, the plaintiff said he slipped in and out of consciousness, allowing him to be “passed around like a party favor.” By the time he regained consciousness, the lawsuit says he was outside of his apartment, shirtless and without a phone.
Combs is now over a dozen sexual assault lawsuits deep on top of facing federal sex crime charges. He’s pleaded not guilty to the three-count indictment and was denied bail three times. He’s set to go to trial in May of 2025.
