"Don't take it the wrong way," Good Morning America co-host Robin Roberts told medical staff as she prepared to leave the hospital to recover from a recent bone marrow transplant procedure. "I hope I never see you again. Except at the anniversary party!"
In a segment of Thursday's GMA, she thanked the doctors and nurses who'd cared for her ("You're rock stars!") and said to viewers at home, "Part of my motivation is to come back to you, the wonderful GMA audience. We've always called you family, and you've never felt more like family." Watch it here:
