Jorge Rivas of ColorLines says he saw plenty of coverage of the Los Angeles riots in the weeks leading up to this week's 20th anniversary of the event. But it was all from the perspective of people who were adults at the time. He took it upon himself to pull together narratives from the perspective of people who were children who lived through the civil unrest and remember the chaos.
