This is why there is no sports show quite like “Inside the NBA.” The hosts of the show say whatever’s on their mind, whether it’s relating to the NBA or anything else going on in the world.

On Tuesday night, as Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, Shaquille O’Neal, and Ernie Johnson were discussing TNT’s upcoming collaboration with ESPN for the NBA Cup, the crew started to discuss Smith facing fellow sports personality Stephen A. Smith in a free throw competition.

In response, Kenny said, “You think Jay-Z or…” but before he could finish, Barkley hilariously cut him off, stating, “Probably not a good time right now” leading to a hilarious reaction from the rest of the crew.

Shaq in particular could not hold himself together, as he walked away from the set and hid behind a wall to hold in his laughter.

Social media had a similar reaction to Barkley’s comment, with one person writing on X, “charles barkley is insane bro LMAOAOOAO.”

Another user added, “There will never be another show like Inside the NBA...”

Someone else commented, “Never change Charles, never change.”

This insane TV moment comes amid claims from a woman only identified as Jane Doe, alleging in a lawsuit that when she was 13 years old, she was raped by Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs at a house party after the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000, according to NBC News.

Hov responded to the allegations in a shocking manner, particularly taking shots at the attorney in the lawsuit, Tony Buzbee.

Since then, Black Twitter has questioned many things about the successful mogul, including his key role as one of the figures who helps decide and organize the Super Bowl Halftime Show.
