Sometimes people get filled with holiday spirit, start watching Christmas movies and TV series, and forget that they aren’t the outdoors in the snow type. This lapse in judgment can lead to dangerous consequences. That’s what happened to rapper Cam’ron during a Christmas holiday outing with friends and family.

In an Instagram video, the “It Is What It Is” podcast co-host detailed his family’s epic Christmas, including a snowmobile outing that ended with him battling frostbite. He explained that the instructor explicitly told them not to go to certain areas, because it was too dangerous, but he didn’t listen.

“They told me, ‘Don’t go up there, Cam! It’s too much snow!’ What I do?” he said. “Don’t tell me what to do. I’m going up there ’cause we 10,000 feet in the sky, we really in the clouds.”

Cam quickly found himself stuck in the snow and dealing with frostbite in the aftermath of his ill-advised adventure. The instructor is giving you those orders for a reason.

“What happens? My snowmobile gets stuck and then it rolls over. And now we’re stuck there for like 10 minutes,” he said. “And now I’m in the car with frostbite on my feet.”

He received plenty of love from fans on Instagram, with most of them declaring him the GOAT and celebrating how much he cares for his family. Of course, others did get a couple of jokes off, because he did bring this one on himself.

One user thinks this experience may change Cam’s mind on doing whatever he wants, replying on Instagram, “I bet You’ll listen now. Never risk your toes!”

“I don’t think ppl know how dangerous snowmobiles are,” pointed out another person who reminded everyone that these are very difficult high-powered vehicles.

Up next, Cam’ron and his co-hosts Ma$e and Treasure “Stat Baby” Wilson will take their podcast on the road, kicking off the 12 day tour in February.
