On Wednesday we told you about the Facebook post that Serena Williams put up, telling people how she chased down a man who had taken her cellphone at a restaurant.
She was eating Chinese food with a friend when a man loitered by her table and then swiped her phone. Williams ran through the restaurant, went outside and confronted the man. She got her phone back.
ABC News got surveillance footage of the incident, and it backs up Williams' account. Her hair is in a top knot and she's casually dressed in a hoodie jacket and sweatpants. The second the guy grabs her phone, you see Williams react, knowing that something is awry. Williams hurries through the restaurant, and footage outside shows that she politely approaches the man and inquires about something he took.
Nice work, Serena.
