Watch: Girls From Debbie Allen's Dance School Prepare for African Dance Recital

Whenever I see a Debbie Allen post on social media, the first thing that pops into my head is her infamous speech from Fame:

"You want fame? … Well, fame costs. And right here is where you start paying. With sweat.”

Allen is still teaching the kids how to dance, and in a recent post on Instagram, Allen showcased a group of little girls from the Debbie Allen Dance Academy.

The students were practicing an African dance number before the school’s recital. Watch these little dancers in action!
