Just last week, Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo presented Debbie Allen with the Trailblazer Icon Award at the 2016 TV Land Icon Awards. From choreography to directing, Allen has pretty much done it all. And don’t think just because Allen is in her 60s that she’s not putting in work on the dance floor.
