Al B. Sure is not afraid to speak his mind, especially when it comes to Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Recently, during a live performance, the “Nite and Day” singer reflected on his health scare two years ago, telling the crowd, “This time, a little while ago, I was deep in a coma. I guess we’re going to have to watch 50’s movie to find out what happened. Let the church say amen.”

He added, “It’s going to be beautiful.”

In April, while speaking at the Equal Justice Now Awards, said, “Finally, we’re going to produce the Al B. Sure! life story so hold on to your britches and you’ll really understand how I ended up in a coma. You’re really gonna need to call Homeland Security.”

He was referring to Diddy’s home being raided by Homeland Security in March in connection to a sex trafficking investigation.

In December 2022, Brown detailed collapsing while working on new music in July and not waking up until October, telling Fox 5 News, “I was intubated. I was on a ventilator. Had a tracheotomy. There were so many things going on, to the point where they were considering sending me to hospice.”

He also revealed that he had multiple surgeries including a liver transplant, and repairing a hernia.

Brown and Diddy will forever be linked. They both had a romantic relationship with Kim Porter and had children with her. In fact, Brown’s biological son, Quincy, was adopted by Diddy once he got together with his mother.

In September, following the release of Porter’s alleged “memoir,” Brown called on the FBI to open up an official investigation into her death, claiming that “individuals conspired against her.”

In the controversial memoir, it was alleged that Porter, Diddy, and Brown engaged in a threesome, which both parties have denied.
