If you’ve ever had dreams of living like NBA superstar Michael Jordan, then boy do we have news for you. As of today, your dreams just got a little closer to actualizing and we’ve got all the details.
As we previously told you, Jordan’s Highland Park mansion—arguably one of the most prized pieces of real estate in Chicago—had been on the market for over a decade and finally sold in Dec. 2024 for $9.5 million. That price is a steep drop from it’s original listing price of $29 million back in 2012. But now that the mansion is under new management, its owner is letting fans have their moment and giving them an exclusive experience of the lavish home—for the right price.
Now, as noted by Elle Decor, the home, affectionately known as “Champions Point” is available as a timeshare where guests can pay to stay for a week for only $1 million in addition to a a 2% cut of annual costs. However, there are parameters to their co-ownership of sorts: buyers can only purchase one share per week but they can bid on multiple weeks. They’re also able to share their shares in the furniture and they must sign an non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Bidding has already begun.
So what do you get with this megamansion? We’re so glad you asked.
