Move over, Hillary Clinton; there’s a new candidate planning to blaze the campaign trail. And when I say “blaze,” I mean it in the literal sense. Rapper Waka Flocka Flame announced that he plans to run for president during the 2016 elections. The Atlanta rapper signed his official paperwork on April 20, 2015—4/20 Day for those non-marijuana connoisseurs.
“I’m very pleased to announce today—on 4/20, the best day of the year—I will be running for president,” he said. “And the first thing I’m gonna do when I get into office is legalize marijuana.”
Besides legalizing marijuana, Waka Flocka plans to ban dogs from restaurants and make sure people whose feet are over size 13 never walk the streets again. As a person who’s tired of eating next to Fido in some of these pet-friendly restaurants, I’m all for it.
Don’t take Waka Flocka’s announcement as a surprise. He actually warned people about his presidency hopes three years ago.

Of course, he’s not eligible to run for president because he’s only 28, but I’m quite sure there would be plenty of people ready to cast their votes for him. Especially because of his stance on the legalization of marijuana.
