Graphic video has been released of Marion “Suge” Knight’s fatal hit-and-run that occurred Jan. 29 near the set of the N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton. The video, which was published by TMZ, shows an altercation that took place at Tam’s Burgers in Compton, Calif.

Knight is currently behind bars and is facing a murder charge in the death of Terry Carter and an attempted-murder charge for hitting Cle Sloan with his truck. If convicted, Knight faces life in prison. Prosecutors say that Knight purposely ran the men over, but Knight says he was trying to flee because both men were allegedly carrying guns.

In the video, you can see Knight run over both men with his red SUV, and it does look as if one of the men not hit by Knight was brandishing a weapon.

Knight has entered a not-guilty plea but remains behind bars because he was denied bail.
