Members of Alpha Phi Alpha, the oldest black Greek fraternity and the force behind the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial, held a private ceremony at the memorial Friday in honor of King, who joined the fraternity as a student at Morehouse College in the 1940s. They were joined by Merlie Evers-Williams, the widow of Medgar Evers.

The Washington Post featured a video clip from the ceremony above and here.
