Luther Campbell, aka Luke aka Uncle Luke, has endorsed President Obama's Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan. Kagan, as an attorney with the firm Williams & Connolly, filed a brief on behalf of the 2Live Crew in defense of obsenity charges lobbed at the group for the 1989 album Nasty as They Wanna Be. In a Miami New Times column, Campbell wrote, "She did a great job fighting on 2 Live Crew's behalf, which lets you know that Kagan is not easily swayed by public opinion." Maybe this is why fans love Luke a long time?
