U.S. to Monitor Domestic Networks for National Security

The U.S. government has launched Perfect Citizen, an initiative to detect cyber assaults on private companies and goverment agencies. The measure was taken to protect critical infrastructure like the electricity grid and nuclear power plants of these companies. Sounds like a noble idea, huh? Did we mention that in order to accomplish this task, the U.S. government will need to monitor all Internet traffic? Yeah, not sounding so good right now.
