Beverly McClendon, whose 15-year-old daughter appeared on an episode of Banks' talk show as a "self-proclaimed sex addict," is suing the television personality because she said she did not give consent. McClendon said the show's producers arranged for her daughter to be picked up in Georgia and flown to the show in New York without her knowledge, and she was left to fill out a missing person's report because she didn't know where her daughter was. The mom wants $3 million. No word from Banks, whose show went off the air earlier this year after five seasons.
