Tristan Thompson keeps trying to explain his philandering ways on The Kardashians. A new episode of the reality series shows Thompson sitting down with Kylie Jenner to discuss why he has repeatedly cheated on Khloe.
However, folks found their awkward hug and Thompson saying he “loved” Kylie weird as hell. Jenner stated that his deceitful actions were “f**king crazy” and that though she couldn’t “forgive” him, she was ready to move on.
Thompson also said he feared embarrassment of his 5-year-old daughter, True, being confronted at school over her father’s cheating. He gave Jenner a hug, then said he loved her twice before she uncomfortably said it back.
In a different episode, he explained to Kourtney Kardashian why he has cheated on Khloe on a number of occasions. “I was just cheating for an action, just cheating for a feeling, but also it really came down to not knowing how to love, because that’s the way I grew up,” Thompson said.
“What I saw from my dad, how he would treat my mom [the mother Andrea Thompson], as a kid when you see that, the trauma you have, because you can’t protect your mom because you’re so young and ’cause your mom tells you it’s going to be OK, you basically numb your emotions of being scared or feeling sad. It’s my form of a defense mechanism.”
Thompson also shared that he has been in therapy for the last two years.
Even though his reasoning may be honest, he’s still a trash human being. According to Tristan Thompson’s ex, Jordan Craig, the athlete is very far behind on child support payments. In fact, Craig claims that the total he owes for their 6-year-old son, Prince, is almost a quarter of a million dollars.
In addition to cheating on Kardashian when she was pregnant, he also kissed Kylie Jenner’s friend Jordyn Woods and then had a baby with Maralee Nichols— all while being romantically involved with Khloe.
