The legal troubles just don’t seem to stop for Trey Songz. He’s been arrested, sued, and accused more times than I can count for the last few years and recently, another allegation has surfaced.

In a new lawsuit, two women are claiming that the veteran R&B singer sexually assaulted them after they passed out at his Los Angeles-area home during a 2015 house party, according to TMZ.

Specifically, they are alleging that they fell asleep fully clothed, and woke up naked to Songz forcing himself onto them with nonconsensual sex.

More from TMZ:

In the docs, the women say they first met Trey in June 2015 when they went to his concert and got invited to an after-party he was hosting. They say subsequent interactions led them to be invited to his home in August for his birthday party.

The women claim they took an Uber to Trey’s home and were forced to give a password and turn over the phones to gain admittance. Inside, they say it was mostly women and only a handful of men, and the ladies were pressured to drink alcohol from unsealed bottles.

Both women claim that even though they drank a modest amount of alcohol, they felt intoxicated pretty quickly, which has led them to believe that they were drugged.

The suit further alleges that Songz walked up to them when they both sat on a couch near a pool. They also allege he then attempted to lead them to a bedroom where they both fell on a bed with all of their clothes on, according to TMZ.

They say, the next morning their clothes were gone, and the popular R&B singer was also naked, and forcing himself onto both women.

One of the victims say that Trey forcefully gave her oral sex while the other claims she woke up to the singer biting her nipple and forcing his fingers inside her.

After the women allegedly refused to take a shower with Trey, they attempted to get their cellphones back and leave. They claim one of Trey’s security guards reluctantly returned their phones from a safe and called an Uber for both of them.

Unsurprisingly, Trey’s legal team has come to their client’s defense, saying in a statement to TMZ, “This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new lookback window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”
