Just when you think the drama between Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez dies down, it picks up again. On Tuesday, the “Savage” rapper reportedly asked a court to file a restraining order against Lanez.

According to the Associated Press, the petition filed in Los Angeles Superior Court asks the judge to stop Daystar Peterson, known professionally as Tory Lanez, from using third parties to engage in online harassment of Megan Pete, known as Megan Thee Stallion, according to the Associated Press. While Lanez is currently serving a ten-year sentence in prison for shooting the singer, the petition claims the harassment has continued even with Lanez behind bars.

“Even now, while behind bars, Mr. Peterson shows no signs of stopping,” the petition says, per AP. “Despite being sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Ms. Pete, Mr. Peterson continues to to subject her to repeated trauma and revictimization.”

The petition also cites call logs from Lanez that allegedly prove his coordinated attacks of Megan through co-conspirators. As we reported last week, Pete’s legal team is claiming that Lanez and his father are using internet vlogger Milagro Cooper (also known as Milagro Gramz or Mobz World) to perpetuate the harassment. On the alleged phone logs, “the Petersons confidently asserted that Ms. Pete would be unable to prove that Mr. Peterson paid Defendant for attacking Ms. Pete,” according to legal documents.

The news of this filing comes just a few months after Megan first sued Cooper. She shared in a statement obtained by People Magazine in October, “It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life.” Last week, the complaint was amended to contain to alleged findings from the phone call recordings.

The new filing against Lanez cites the bloggers as well, saying that they are “acting on Lanez behalf continue to cast doubt on her allegations, making false claims including that the gun and bullet fragments in the case are missing.”
