Comedian Kevin Hart has had enough of feeling unsafe, but for once this piece of internet news has nothing to do with that “Club Shay Shay” interview with Katt Williams. And it also has nothing to do with his ex-wife Torrei going on tour with the aforementioned Katt Williams. This time, Hart’s headache is controversial blogger Tasha K.

Like many people, some might wonder why is Tasha K still a thing when she owes Cardi B so much money. But according to documents obtained by Radar Online, Hart has asked a judge on Friday to approve a temporary restraining order against K. If approved, the order would require K to immediately take down an interview she conducted with Miesha Shakes, who was once an assistant for Hart.

Allegedly, that particular interview includes a myriad of defamatory claims against Hart.

Moreover, Hart filed a lawsuit against Tasha K shortly after the interview was released December 2023. In that suit, he also claimed that someone who works closely with the blogger attempted to blackmail the comedian, saying that they would not post the interview if he paid them $250,000.

Clearly, that didn’t work out as Hart opted to take legal action instead. But despite being sent a cease and desist by Hart’s legal team, Tasha K took the chance to post the interview to her YouTube Channel.

Per Radar Online, the suit reads, “[Tasha] has an established history of posting defamatory and otherwise improper content regarding celebrities.”

On Friday, in his recent plea to have a judge approve his restraining order, Hart reportedly wrote, “Working in the entertainment industry, my livelihood depends in large part on my reputation and the public’s perception of me. That perception is of particular concern in light of the fact that I am involved in a number of family-oriented projects, such as the Jumanji franchise, Fatherhood, Captain Underpants, the Secret Life of Pets, and others.”

He continued, “I also endorse various national brands, and those endorsement deals depend in part on a public perception of my reputation, respectability, and character.”

Hart’s biggest frustration is that many of the statements made by Shakes in the interview are allegedly lies. Among the things Hart claims is false, Shakes said that the 44-year-old comedian faced charges after recording a sexual encounter.

Sounds like K and Hart won’t be having a Hart-to-heart anytime soon.
