The new magazine, called the American CurrentSee, will bring together big names in the black conservative world, including former neurosurgeon Ben Carson, who will be publisher; political commentator Armstrong Williams as executive editor; and Fox News' Juan Williams, who will contribute to the first issue, set to come out on Sunday, March 30.

The magazine, which will be a digital weekly, is just one of three huge developments at the newspaper, FishbowlDC notes. Another change is the addition of several big-name conservatives like Christine O'Donnell and Tom DeLay, who will be producing different types of content. The other involves the launch of travel-planning services on the website, so that โ€œtravelers [will be able to] read an article about an upcoming event or popular travel destination and book the associated trip on the spot.โ€ ย
