(The Root) — At this year's annual White House Correspondents' Dinner, President Obama's speech poked fun at Congress, Fox News and the GOP's minority-outreach efforts. But some of the biggest laughs came when he joked about himself and the stubborn negative perceptions of him that some Americans still hang onto. Entering to DJ Khaled's "All I Do Is Win" and feigning nervousness when he later made a "second rap reference," Obama suggested re-election would let him return to his previous image as a "strapping young Socialist." Plus, he made reference to his "Buzzfeed" college days, and the "Oprah money" that political opponents spent on negative ads against him.
