Music legend Janet Jackson embarked on her widely anticipated tour, "Number Ones: Up Close and Personal." Described by the singer as her "largest-ever world tour," the international 35-city show is a one-hour 35-minute set teeming with Miss Jackson's most memorable songs.
Jackson, in a two-minute video announcement, asked her fans to select each stop for the tour and promised to dedicate a song to each city. She also promised concertgoers a scaled-down, more intimate show than her previous productions. Fans can also expect a touching tribute to her brother, Michael Jackson.
