Picture it: Los Angeles, the 2017 BET Awards. A night filled with peak black excellence and a celebrity boxing match that no one expected. The world didn’t get the Soulja Boy-and-Chris Brown fight it wanted, but it got a Migos-and-Breezy brawl outside the awards show.
After his 5-6-7-8s on the BET stage, Breezy obviously had enough energy to take on alllllllll of the Migos. Yes, there’s more than one of them. Reporters and onlookers, including The Root, witnessed Breezy’s team starting the altercation, and it went left from there.
Breezy obviously still feels “betrayed” because Quavo is supposedly dating Karrueche Tran. The police were called but showed up long after the altercation had been disbanded. We witnessed Brown being escorted out with his hoodie up as if he were a heavyweight champ defending these hands.
After his stage performance, we thought Brown was our favorite auntie who just found her holiday heart and got out of recovery. Alas, we may be wrong. The moral of this story? Don’t mess with Migos. Joe Budden learned that Sunday, too .
