After more than 30 years in the entertainment industry, Snoop Dogg has quite literally done it all. Nowadays, he’s seen as a hip-hop legend, an entrepreneur, a pitch man, a hilarious media personality and a vocal cannabis advocate. However, he started out as a kid from Long Beach who just wanted to be a rapper. He’s accomplished that, and more, expanding his career to include acting, producing and mentoring. With the “Gin & Juice” artist living his best life at the 2024 Paris Olympics and set to join Season 26 of “The Voice” as a coach, we thought it was time to take a look at The Evolution of Snoop Dogg.

“I had learned my lesson from writing ‘Murder Was the Case’ that maybe I shouldn’t be writing about devilish shit like this when I can control the narrative and write about life, living, I’ll see you tomorrow,” he told the “Words + Music” podcast. “Hey, how about this song I live to see tomorrow. Not, I see death around the corner. I’m gonna be dead in 10 minutes. No, fuck that. Not this song. I’m living.”
