A Las Vegas coach has been indicted on several felonies connected to inappropriate relations he allegedly had with a teenage girl. The details of his alleged crimes are just... disturbing.
Antwone Washington, 45, was Valley High School’s head football coach and campus security monitor before being arrested Tuesday on child sex crime charges. Las Vegas police tracked him down after arresting another middle-aged man over the weekend who was allegedly having sex with a student under the age of 16, Nevada’s age of consent.
Once the student’s phone was seized, police say they found Washington’s face in multiple videos of the two being sexually active together, per 8 News Now.
Amongst the videos they found, one clip showed Washington urinating on the teen and in another, she appeared unconscious while gagged and bound as Washington allegedly penetrated her from behind, prosecutors said.
That’s not all. Washington’s behavior was allegedly noticeable during school hours too. Investigators allege that the coach would contact the student during school to meet her in his vehicle or his office for sex. Additionally, school staff reported seeing him having inappropriate contact with students like hugs that lasted a little too long, prosecutors said. Plus, Washington admitted he took inappropriate photos of other girls at the school including one student wearing a thong.
Washington confessed to the cops that he met the girl through recruiting her boyfriend to join the football team, per Las Vegas Review-Journal. His disgusting motive behind the alleged crimes stemmed from his fetish of role playing with the girls and pretending “he’s their daddy,” prosecutors said. The report says he has a wife and kids.
Washington was charged with four counts of using or permitting a minor over the age of 14 to produce pornography, three counts of statutory sexual seduction by a person over the age of 21 and one count of first-degree kidnapping of a minor and contacting or attempting to contact a minor by a person of authority for sex.
Prosecutors asked for his bail to be set to half a million. However, Wednesday, Clark County District Court Judge David Gibson ordered him to be placed on house arrest on a bail of $100,000.
