The lawsuits against Kanye West just won’t stop...whether from his former assistants or employees who worked at his short-lived Donda Academy. But the details behind the latest suit are creepier than most.
Jenn An, a woman who once appeared on “America’s Next Top Model,” accused West of choking until she passed out while on the set of a music video. According to TMZ, the incident occurred in 2010 while West was filming the video for the song “In For the Kill” by La Roux.
Allegedly, Jenn was picked out of a lineup of women, with West specifically saying, “Give me the Asian girl!”
According to the suit, West asked An to sit on a chair directly across from him and ordered the director of the shoot to put the camera directly on her. She alleges that the whole interaction was uncomfortable and humiliating, as she was wearing lingerie.
Allegedly, Ye started to choke her and smother her face with both his hands. She also recalled the Chicago rapper putting many of his fingers down her throat, moving them in and out, causing her to gag. The lawsuit claims that this was meant to emulate “forced oral sex.”
As he was doing this, An claims that he screamed, “This is art. This is f***ing art. I am like Picasso.”
An is also suing Universal Music Group for gender-motivated violence, according to TMZ.
Just last month, one of Ye’s former personal assistants, Lauren Pisciotta, amended her lawsuit against the Chicago rapper, claiming that the “Vultures” rapper sent her a screenshot of a text message thread between him and his wife Bianca Censori, where he allegedly wrote, “I wanna f**k your mum. Before she leaves.”
He allegedly also asked Pisciotta if she should’ve asked his wife if she wanted to watch.
