Teyana Taylor's labor, and then postpartum, experience has been amazing. First she delivers her firstborn child into the hands of her fiance, NBA player Iman Shumpert, in their bathroom.
And then she posts a photo on Instagram six days later, showing off her flat tummy.
"Dear Baby Iman…. Thank you for this snap back in 6 days," Taylor wrote.
Every woman is different, and everyone's postpartum body changes and progresses at its own pace, but her transformation, without having worked out, as she said, is amazing.
