Updated: Sunday, Jan. 12, 1:28 p.m. ET: The social media world continues to raise questions about just what was going in the life of a missing Michigan doctor before she disappeared early last month.
Wood TV reports that it has uncovered thousands of tweets apparently posted by Teleka Patrick, Kalamazoo, Mich., doctor, in the weeks leading up to her disappearance. News investigators found the posts through an archive website that saves deleted tweets, and a member of Patrick’s family has confirmed that the missing resident used that Twitter account.
In the posts, the tweets discuss going "underground" with a love interest.
"I am excited to spend time with you because we can go underground together," the tweets read, and continue, Wood TV reports. "My nuts are people and I take them underground into my secret world. I am like a squirrel. Squirrels take their nuts underground and then they eat them when mostly no one is looking."
The tweeter also discusses pre-ordering a musician's CD, writing, "I preordered a CD last week, hope it gets here soon, dunno, I'm a hard copy kinda girl! I know the pics on the insert will be worth it!"
The writer then posted about being disappointed after receiving the CD. "I have been ripped off! Do you not understand that there are some people like me that think you are super hot and super handsome and super fine and there was one measly teeny picture that I saw. That is not okay. THAT IS NOT OKAY," Patrick wrote, Wood TV writes.
The tweets were written in the month before Patrick went missing and often speak about her faith, but also describe a brief stint with atheism and a moment when God came and spoke to her.
"God spoke to me and said, the person who is delivering the message is discouraged. He needs you to tell him that I am with him in his ministry and that I haven't abandoned him," Patrick said, according to Wood TV.

Michigan law enforcement officials hope to close the book on the peculiar story of the disappearance of a 30-year-old doctor who vanished without a trace before the holidays.
Kalamazoo County Undersheriff Pali Matyas told the Kalamazoo Gazette this week that they expect to release details surrounding the disappearance of Teleka Patrick because “the investigation is starting to wrap up.”
One of the details the investigators may release in about two weeks is whether they believe the doctor is still alive, the Examiner reports.
Patrick’s car was found in a ditch Dec. 5 along Interstate 94 in Northern Indiana, about 100 miles from the Kalamazoo, Mich., hospital where she works as a resident in psychiatry. Her wallet, cash and identification were in the car. Investigators say she'd tried but failed to check into a Kalamazoo hotel earlier that day, according to reports.
More questions have been raised than answered since her disappearance. Several YouTube videos surfaced showing her talking and singing to an unidentified love interest. And information recently came to light that Marvin Sapp, a popular Grand Rapids, Mich., pastor and gospel singer, filed a personal-protection order against Patrick, saying she was stalking him. She had joined his church, visited his home and claimed they were married.
Her family has urged social media users to focus on her as a victim, rather than on the Internet material. To that end, they have hired Jim Carlin, a private investigator from Battle Creek, Mich., to investigate her disappearance, the Examiner reports.
Besides the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office, Indiana State Police and the FBI are also involved in the investigation.
