Tasteful or Tacky? A Look Inside Shaquille O’Neal’s Recently Sold $11 Million Florida Mansion

The mansion is located in Isleworth, a gated community just outside of Orlando, and has 13 bathrooms, 12 bedrooms, a theater, a basketball court, a swimming pool, and a life-sized figure of Superman.

As you’ll see later in this slideshow, Shaq had a plethora of cars, so it’s no shock he had a driveway big enough for hotel valet.

A big man with a big family requires a big space, and it looks like this living room could comfortably fit up to 20 Shaqs at a time.

You’ve seen Shaq. A guy like that needs to eat a lot. Just imagine the type of meals that were made in this kitchen.

This is where the Superman parts of the home start to become more prominent. As you can see, he has the Superman logo on the door of his shower. Peep the urinals, which are reminiscent of what you would find in an basketball arena.

It seems that every night before Shaq went to sleep, he needed one more reminder that he was, indeed, a superhero.

While everyone sees Shaq on TV and commercials and knows him as a goofball, he truly does have a real love of cars. His collection is insane and is filled with numerous unique models.

Shaq wears a size 22, so you could only imagine the amount of closet space just one pair of shoes takes. Now multiply that by 100. The man needed a huge closet to fit both the amount and size of clothing he had.

No surprise here. If he’s an NBA player, he most definitely had a full-sized NBA court installed in his mansion. This is where Shaq worked on those free throws he struggled with throughout his career.

There has to be an interesting story for how Shaq was able to install the front end of an entire 18-wheeler truck. But still, it’s a unique look. How many celebs can say they have a literal truck sticking out of their wall?

A huge lake behind your home isn’t enough, so why not have a pool that’s nearly the size of the home itself?

Is that a punching bag? It seems that Shaq had to get a workout after long hot days in the pool.

This pretty much cements the Big Diesel’s love of the Man of Steel. Just in case someone came to attack Shaq on the water, he had Superman to watch over him when nobody else was.

It’s almost a requirement to have a nice view of water when you live in Florida. If not, are you really living in Florida?

A theater room was a necessity for Shaq, especially when you consider how tall he is and the fact he has six kids. His love of Superman is also on display in this room as he has multiple posters of the beloved Kryptonian.

An eel tank is a new one. Usually, professional athletes have a shark tank or something along those lines. But as we all know, Shaq is a different cat, he’s going to do what he does.
