Steve Harvey may seem all chummy with his BFF Donald Trump and appear to be a pretty easygoing guy who likes to laugh it up with his guests on television, but Harvey’s work persona may be a little bit on the icy side, according to an employee memo.

The memo, which was posted on Robert Feder’s Chicago media blog, gave specifics as to how employees should not approach Harvey: “Do not come to my dressing room unless invited. ... Do not approach me while I’m in the makeup chair unless I ask to speak with you directly. ... Do not take offense to the new way of doing business. It is for the good of my personal life and enjoyment.”
According to Variety, Harvey is moving his show to Los Angeles for the new season and getting a new staff. Insiders suggested that the memo was leaked by someone on the staff because he or she got the boot.
