If you ask the Nashville, Tenn., private-jet company Business Aircraft Leasing, it had a gentleman's agreement with Steve Harvey that the talk show host would lease one of the company's private jet planes for $97,000 a month.

According to a lawsuit filed against Harvey, Harvey requested that some custom alterations be made to the plane, the New York Daily News reports. The total cost of those renovations came out to approximately $400,000. BAL's suit claims that Harvey paid half the cost of the renovations but then decided that he was no longer interested in leasing the plane every month, leaving BAL with the rest of the alteration bill.

BAL is suing Harvey for at least $205,040 for the remaining balance.

The Daily News says that Harvey didn't respond to a request for a comment about the lawsuit.
