Taking in $129 million from box offices abroad, Star Wars: The Force Awakens this weekend closed in on breaking worldwide records set by Jurassic World, reports The Wrap.
The latest installment of the space epic, directed by J.J. Abrams, began rolling out in theaters abroad on Wednesday.
The film hauled in a record $120 million in its first day in the U.S., so its worldwide total is roughly $250 million.
