Stacey Dash has a bone to pick with Kanye West, and if she had her way, he’d be at New York City’s Rikers Island jail. The Clueless actress-turned-Fox News talking head expressed her displeasure over West’s recent rant at London’s Wireless Festival on July 5. During his break from rapping, West compared being followed by paparazzi to being raped.

During his rant, West complained about needing a “day off,” even if he is a celebrity. “I want to bring my family to the movies without 30 motherf—kers following me,” he said onstage.

“Everybody here, they like sex, right? Sex is great when you and your partner are like, ‘Hey, this is what we both want to do.’ But if one of those people don’t want to do that, what is that called? That’s called rape. That is called violation.”

“So if I walk around and say, ‘Look, sir, I’m not feeling so good today, I need some space, can you please not f—k with me today?’ I need cut-off space, not violation,’” West said.

“I want my daughter to have that opportunity to decide whether she wants to be famous or not. I think to myself, what the f—k am I going to do, how can I change it and how can I give my daughter her childhood?”

During Dash’s appearance on Fox News’ Outnumbered, she suggested that maybe West should experience rape firsthand. “For Kanye to say ‘rape,’ maybe he needs to spend some time on Rikers Island,” Dash said. “Go to Rikers for a little while and then he’ll know what rape is.”

In case you missed it, nothing should be compared to rape. Being famous, by choice, is nowhere near to being raped. And comparing what a famous person goes through because of the choices he made—knowing that those occupational hazards exist—to a sexual assault is a slap in the face to women and men who are assaulted.

But to wish rape on another human being is just as appalling. Dash needs to learn how to pick her words better, or not use them at all.

Then again, does anyone on Fox know how to use words properly?
