These days being a professional athlete is as much about your style as your performance on the field. From the NBA to the NFL, the tunnel walk is just as much of an event as the game itself.

According to designer and stylist to several NFL players Jhoanna Alba, social media has helped pushed more players’ style to the forefront.
“It’s always been a thing. It’s just now, with social media, it’s really starting to get out there, and they get to brand themselves and be creative within themselves,” she told CBS News in an interview.
