Snoop Dogg and his venture firm, Casa Verde Capital, recently invested in a California-based weed-delivery startup company. Eaze, which is based out of San Francisco, aims to be the Uber of weed delivery and has already secured $10 million in funding.

According to the New York Post, the size of the investment made by Snoop wasn’t made public, but Eaze doesn’t seem to have a hard time finding investors. The company, which was started in July, raised $1.5 million in November and so far has made 30,000 deliveries of medical marijuana. As part of its efforts to expand, Eaze plans to hire 50 new people in 50 days because of the number of states that have now legalized marijuana. Eaze also promises its customers that it will make deliveries in less than 10 minutes.

Weed has become a big business since being legalized in many areas, and more companies are trying to find ways to profit from states like Alaska, Colorado and Washington, as well as Washington, D.C. One can only imagine the competition that will eventually pop up.
