“Hey, girl, why don’t you smile?” If you’re a woman, there’s a likelihood you’ve heard this sometime in your life—or several times already this week. But this Valentine’s Day, one of our #Faves, comedian and Insecure star Yvonne Orji, reminds us that smiling isn’t the worst thing we can do, even if we don’t think we have anything to smile about.
In a Valentine’s-themed spot for her new “Totally Ready” campaign for Colgate Total, the gorgeous Orji speaks in candid, comedic fashion about being single, being secure (ironic but true) and letting your smile be your best asset. And since Orji’s smile is one of our favorite things about her, we’re inclined to agree.
