Remember back in the day, when stores had Black History Month displays? If it was the music section, they’d have displays like “Today’s Black Hit-Makers,” or if it was the book section, they’d have books written by black authors as a centerpiece display.
A random guy shopping in a store seemed to be reminiscing about those days and decided to do a little redecorating.
Eric Wright uploaded a video to his Facebook page, and it’s gone viral. As Wright was strolling through a store’s music section, he decided to place CDs made by black artists over the CDs made by white artists. And on top of that, as he did so, he hummed “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” commonly known as the Black National Anthem.
