Shawn Chapman Holley has resigned as Lindsay Lohan's lawyer. Chapman who was a part of O.J. Simpson's famed defense team submitted a letter of resignation that included comments about how Lohan's sentence was harsh and unfair. Sounds to us like Lindsay has sour grapes about going to jail and Holley is tired of trying to convince a woman committed to her own destruction to actually listen and follow the instructions of the judge and her lawyer. In true Lohan fashion, she has immediately appointed a woman who is one-year out of law school as her lawyer to file an appeal, which according to experts she has no chance of winning.
