A Karen is identified as an obnoxious, angry, entitled person who more than likely presents as a racist middle-aged white woman. However, these people don’t only exist throwing tantrums in your local neighborhood.

Many of them are elected government officials, many of which are running for president in 2024 - and yes, they still carry themselves like Karens.

Between Florida’s very own (and they can keep him) Gov. Ron DeSantis raking schools of proper Black history lessons, Former President Donald Trump going to Fulton County jail to get his mugshot taken and Rep. George Santos getting kicked out of a job he was never supposed to have in the first place - it’s almost hard to keep up with the nonsense they got themselves into this year.

In 2023, these political Karens showed their whole tail, having their personal agendas exposed from underneath the guise of saving America. Take a look at who did their worst.

Mr. Anti-Woke needs to have several seats. Everything he’s done in legislature screams white guilt particularly, what he’s done to the education system. Going as far to suggest slavery was beneficial for Black people may not be the worst we see from him but it surely was an ignorant, Karen move.

He’s doesn’t do too much in front of the cameras and microphones but his lack of accountability and stuck-in-his-way opinions that prompted the overturning of decades-old cases has only made way for his agenda to be exposed.

She’s made her mark as a straight up troll on camera and on social media. From fat-shaming to complaining about imaginary sex/gender issues, the things most people don’t find problems with, she makes a problem out of. Sometimes, she makes strong points on select topics but she’s proven herself to be an anti-woke warrior.

Ms. Haley has joined the anti-woke bandwagon by supporting any and everything anti-LGBT or CRT when it comes to education - to the point where she had to correct herself from omitting slavery as a pressure point of the Civil War. In basic conservative form, she checks all the boxes of a complaining political Karen: slamming Biden for literally existing, picking on China for any reason possible and denying that this country has deep-rooted racist issues.

After swindling his way into a political seat he shouldn’t have even gotten in the first place, his Karen-level lies and unbelievable privilege slid him into a position of power that he recently just lost. Good riddance.

The one Black person who doesn’t believe systemic racism exists and encourages Black folks to pull their bootstraps up and work hard for their success... that, my friends, is Mr. Scott in a nutshell. As Karens are incapable of seeing any other POV of life except their own, as does this Senator.

She ought to be blacklisted from ALL social media, not just X. The QAnon Queen has been famous (and not in a good way) for projectile vomiting every racist, prejudice thought that comes to mind with absolutely no PR review before hitting the “publish” button. She claimed Kwanzaa - a holiday - was a fake religion. She said calling someone a white supremacist was like calling a Black person the N-word. If she doesn’t think about her tweets, what is she thinking about in office?!

If anyone needed a social media manager, it was The Cheeto, himself. With the most disgusting level of privilege and his last two brain cells, he ran this country spewing racist rhetoric against Mexican people, glorified the “good ol’ days” when it was legal to harass Black people. In support of him and his overly patriotic antics, an entire demographic of violent and even more unbearable group of Karens have been born.

You know how old white people just... be lookin’ at you? That’s like Mr. McConnell, probably still transported back in the 50s somewhere glaring at Black people sitting at the lunch counter. He remained hypercritical of any negotiations between the political parties, abused the filibuster to drown bills he didn’t like and advocated with an iron fist for only Republican ideals even when the decision was for something the people could genuinely benefit from. Straight-up Karen behavior.

Y’all, in his own words, his story is “the story of America.” In other words, his conservative ideals rooted in racism and white privilege fuel his career. The Trump sympathizer just barely made it to keeping his job after years of turning a blind eye to the actions of his party and complaining that Democrats are “undermining” democracy by trying to hold the former president accountable of his foolishness. He’s just another “stop the steal” Karen.

The mayor is allowing New York City to turn into Gotham. Instead of actually doing something about crime, homelessness and the busloads of displaced immigrants, he just gets in front of a microphone and complains about it - in perfect Karen fashion.

Boebert, who Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene called a little bitch, presented herself as a poised, n her white privileged self into a political seat while still behaving like a high school teenager in public. her way into Republican political circles only to embarrass herself and her constituents. In September, it was reported that Boebert had been escorted out of a local stage performance of “Beetlejuice.” The venue accused her of vaping, recording the show and groping her date. She denied it, but video showed what Boebert did. She apologized, but to no avail.

The key Republican senator that voted against marriage equality was yours truly. Graham was also exposed for his role in the “Stop the Steal” insurrection which is being investigated by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. He’s such a Trump stan, he nearly threw a Karen tantrum over Trump-endorsed Senate candidate Herschel Walker losing his bid for office and is still riding behind Trump’s lousy bid for the presidential seat.

Rep. Eli-everyone-is-created-equal-Crane was snatched up by the Congressional Black Caucus for calling nonwhite people “colored people” in a Karen rant against “race-based” concepts in the hiring process for Pentagon prospects. He walked back his comment but his “build the wall” holiday decor he flaunted definitely gives “go back to your own country” energy like a typical Karen.
