There's probably no one who has a better eye for makeup, hair and fashion talent than fashion icon Rihanna.

That's why it makes sense that she opened up a talent agency called Fr8me to represent the best makeup artists, fashion stylists and hairstylists in the entertainment industry, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

She'll spearhead the agency alongside an industry pro, Benoit Demouy, who comes from another talent agency.

Rihanna told the Hollywood Reporter that this endeavor is a natural extension of her own fondness for finding and helping great beauty talent.

"Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity," Rihanna said. "I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do."

Fr8me will help these stylists book commercials, editorial shots, ad campaigns and celebrity red-carpet appearances. Demouy explained why stylists need secure representation and why they need to come together to demand more from their clientele.

"Our goal is to have a stellar reputation," Demouy said. "The industry's changed so much—rates have gone down, and clients just grab images off social media, trying to bypass paying artists. But we're concerned with social media, too—we'll take a makeup artist with 500,000 followers over someone else."

Some of the talent they've already scooped up have worked for big-shot celebrities like Taraji P. Henson and Jada Pinkett Smith.
