Rick Ross was allegedly caught driving dirty and was arrested and booked into a Fayette County, Ga., jail Wednesday. Authorities say that Ross, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II, was pulled over because of possibly illegal window tints, according to CNN. It was then that police officers say they smelled marijuana coming from his Bentley.

Ross gave the officers consent to search his vehicle, and marijuana was found and confiscated, officials say. Bond was set by the court, and Ross will have to appear in court at a later date.

This is Ross’ second run-in with cops in a year. In 2014 he was arrested after failing to appear in a North Carolina court on another marijuana charge.
