Valentina Gomez, a Colombia-born secretary of state candidate in Missouri, has gone viral for another hateful online tirade. In addition to using homophobic rhetoric to boost her GOP campaign, she disparaged Black Americans and the holiday of Juneteenthon Juneteenth.

Gomez deemed Juneteenth “the most ratchet” of American holidays in a video posted to Twitter/X. “Reparations from slavery and Black victimization is about to be shoved down our throats for the most ratchet holiday in America. BLM raised millions. And what did they do for Black lives?” Gomez asked in her video.

“It is outrageous to see people ask you for reparations, even though they never went through slavery. These ungrateful people should be celebrating because they were born in the greatest nation to ever exist.”

“Here’s a tip,” Gomez said. “If you don’t like America, kindly, get the f*** out.”

In 2021, President Joe Biden made Juneteenth — which celebrates the last U.S. slaves being freed in 1865 — an official national holiday. Since then, conservative talking heads have attacked the holiday, including Candace Owens calling Juneteenth “ghetto.”

In a statement to HuffPost, Gomez doubled down on her video: “If you are not a slave, then you DO NOT deserve any reparations,” she said.

“Straight White men built the roads we drive on, the buildings where we live, and the ones that fought and declared independence from the tyranny of the British for us to have freedom and the pursuit of happiness. To ANYONE that does not like America, GTFO.”

Gomez also said, “President Trump is the Greatest President of All Time, and I look forward to accepting his endorsement.”

In a campaign ad last month, Gomez told her followers to not be “weak and gay” as she ran while wearing a bulletproof vest.
