Reminisce “Remy Ma” Mackie is facing four misdemeanor charges for allegedly assaulting her Love & Hip Hop: New York co-star Brittney Taylor back in April.

According to official records reviewed by TMZ, on Friday she was charged with two counts of assault in the third degree, one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, and one count of harassment in the second degree.

Taylor accused the rapper of punching her in the face backstage during the Pretty Lou Charity Concert at Irving Plaza in New York City. Remy has insisted on her innocence.

She had been given a single misdemeanor assault charge after turning herself in earlier this month, but now she’s found out she’s facing four.

New York State’s Division of Parole previously told TMZ that because Remy is on parole, a new assault charge might cause a violation of that parole. As The Root previously reported, she’s currently less than three months shy of completing parole after serving six years in prison for a 2008 shooting.

TMZ reports that prosecutors have offered to drop the three lesser charges if Remy pleads guilty to the most serious offense—assault in the third degree. The deal would also require her to enroll in an anger management program.

So far, it appears that she hasn’t taken prosecutors up on their offer. Her trial is due to start in July.
