Rappers Remy Ma and Papoose have been incredibly transparent over the course of their marriage. From touting their unique brand of black love on “Love & Hip-Hop: New York” to revealing the devastation of a miscarriage they experienced last year, they’ve remained committed to sharing their journey with the world.
And last night they gave us all something to celebrate with the arrival of their first child together, a baby girl.
The proud mom unveiled the big news last night on Instagram writing, “The Golden Child is here!!! Thank you @papoose for making me the happiest wife in the planet #BlackLove #RemAndPap.”
And while we’re still waiting for confirmation as to whether or not the baby came out rocking Tims and a fitted, the “All the Way Up” rapper did confirm what we already presumed. “#ShesMADDDDcute,” Remy wrote.
The Internet-breaking announcement came shortly after Papoose praised his wife for being a “warrior” on Instagram.
“Tough labor… but my wife, is still fighting through it,” he wrote. “She’s a warrior! Keep us in your prayers! #thegoldenchild is on the way.”
Their latest addition to the family joins four other siblings. Remy has a son named Jayson from a previous relationship, while Papoose has three children of his own from previous relationships as well.
